CA. Ramesh S. Samant, Founder & Proprietor of the firm, completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from University of Mumbai and successfully cleared the CA Final Examination in November 2004. Since then, he has been continuously practicing as a Chartered Accountant with dedication, integrity, and a client-first approach.

The firm began its journey by serving individual clients and small businesses. In the early years, the focus was on building strong technical expertise, professional systems, and client trust. Corporate practice demands structured infrastructure, deep technical knowledge, and disciplined compliance management — all of which were steadily developed over time.

With consistent growth and experience, the firm gradually expanded into the corporate sector. Today, we proudly serve hundreds of satisfied clients across various sectors.

After 7–8 years of steady and successful practice, in 2010, we established our own fully functional office at CBD, Belapur, Navi Mumbai, strengthening our operational capabilities and professional infrastructure.
