CA. RAMESH S SAMANT proprietor of this firm has completed B. com from Mumbai University and after that he cleared CA final In Nov-2004 examination, since that date to till date he is practicing as a Chartered Accountant Professional. At the beginning time we were having individual clients only, because you know what efforts, expertise and infrastructure requires to have corporate clients, but as the practice is become more and more experienced we have started entering in the corporate field. Now we are having hundreds of satisfied clients, which includes Private limited Companies(Including foreign Companies) , Proprietorships, Trusts, partnership firms, LLPs, Co-Operative Housing and other societies, Housing associations etc.etc.
Now after 7-8 years of continues and successful growing practice, we are able to manage to have owned office infrastructure at CBD, Navi Mumbai area. Our clients are from different different areas i.e. from Mumbai(Andheri, Bandra, Goregaon, Ghatkopar) to far long at Panvel, Including Taloja, even one or two clients are there from the native place of the proprietor Malvan (Sindhudurg) But most of our clients are situated in Navi Mumbai area..

To come out from this kind of problems and to help small as well as big enterprises/companies, CA. Ramesh S. Samant have successfully Completed a certificate course of ICAI on International Taxation, which was held at Andheri. Which is only for professionally qualified CA's and this course enabled us about the knowledge of all International Taxation compliances.
Also we are issuing 15CB certificates, after studying the agreements between the two parties and between respective two counties, 15CB certificates are compulsorily required for making any kind of foreign payments.
